Tuition Payments

Please include your invoice number along with your payment.

  FINANCIAL POLICY: 

  1. All payments are due on the first of each month. This includes tuition and any other charges or fees

  2. Tuition is set and stated at the time of early enrollment. Parents or those responsible for payments may choose to pay on a ten-month schedule.

  3. A $20 late fee will be assessed if the monthly payment is not received by the fifth of each month.

  4. Report cards will be withheld until all bills are current.

  5. Accounts that are not current by the fifteenth of each month may render a student ineligible for extracurricular activities and class attendance.

  6. Persistent financial delinquency may result in unenrollment of the student from CCS.

  7. End of the School Year: All accounts must be paid in full in order for students to take the final exams.

  8. Refunds: All fees are non-refundable.

Building Capital Fund

CCS has a goal of building a three classroom educational wing onto our current facility by the fall of the 2021-22 school year. Total estimated cost of this project is approximately $400,000.

Providing an unrestricted gift to CCS allows us to meet immediate needs, provide teacher bonuses, purchase classroom furniture, and other items which are not covered by student tuition.
